Our next Thriving Tuesday will be a group session focused on your hourly rate calculation.

An accurate hourly rate helps you cover your initial costs and time spent working, your commitment to building on this is essential to ensure it continues to reflect the true value of your work.

What we'll do:

• Identify your business expenses and personal costs
  
• Find out what your real billable hours are (after admin, holiday, etc.)
• Make sure your rates have a % added in as a buffer / for profitability
